Visa Fees are Rising, Again

Today, visa fees are rising, AGAIN. This government is profiting from people in our communities during a cost of living crisis, pushing them into poverty and insecurity. Therefore, together with Praxis for Migrants and Refugees, we’re calling on Yvette Cooper to STOP increasing visa fees.
 
The VOICE is GMIAU’s Action Group made up of a group of women who are all on the 10-year route to settlement, which means they have to renew their legal status in the UK every 2.5 years, and pay eyewatering fees each time.

“We lived through a huge fee hike in 2024 and told the government we are not your cash machine. Now we’re asking a different government: when does this end?”
