The Purpose of the Committee
The Committee is the non-executive body of the project, mandated by the Board of Trustees, to offer advice and providing widespread involvement in issues affecting the Revive.
It aims to support the conduct of the project, driving high standards and the delivery of continuous improvement in all aspects of the project’s performance.
The Committee members fulfill their responsibilities by focusing on three core strategic functions, as directed by the Trustees:
Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction.
Holding the manager to account for the service delivery and performance of the project and its service users and the performance management of staff.
Overseeing the financial performance of the project and making sure its money is well spent.
